    I'm in London so obviously not given the time mine's taking!

    I emailed Parcelforce and got a reply saying they don't know why it hasn't been delivered - well that's very helpful Parcelforce!!!

    How did people recieve tracking numbers from Parcel force? I only received an email yesterday saying it was out for delivery. (Which obviously it was not lol) Either that or the driver did get lost!

    Parcel force are swamped as you can imagine. They are still delivering now. I've just had a delivery for something else about 1/2 hour ago. He had just delivered by sisters wine before me. They are doing their best.

    I had an email from NW saying sorry it wasn't delivered on time yesterday, with a link to Parcelforce, when I clicked on it, it came up with the tracking number/details :)

    I want to be hopeful that it will come late, but now I have a new email from Nakedwines saying 28th November I am not wishful
