If your delivery has already been made you would've had an email from Naked Wines a few hours later confirming it. So if you haven't had an email yet it's probably due to Parcel Force having a backlog of deliveries and you'll most probably get your wine tomorrow

It does say on the naked wines site they will replace any wine that has been stolen/damaged due to the way the courier deliver.

Mine was originally due yesterday got a email saying it was on its way and should have been with me yesterday. An hour ago received another email saying it will not arrive till 28th December waited in two whole days for it.

I ordered it Sunday morning and ordered it for today as I had the day off work today.

I got the Your wines are on your way email at the same time I picked it up off of my doorstep!

Got an email today saying they are on their way! But not here still. Hoping they come before Xmas! One thing I will say, is that they shouldn't be letting you book certain slots if they can't deliver on that day

Thanks. Ordered early afternoon on Sunday for delivery yesterday. Got email informing me the order was 'on its way' late afternoon yesterday. Nothing since. NW account showing order as due for delivery yesterday- no updates.
Sick of waiting.

Ooh that is really not very good, you could be out for Christmas at that time - as most people have commitments, it's really not very good to have parcels coming on unspecified days...

Mine is still saying 'at depot' well it's been there since yesterday lunchtime, am not happy as I can't stay in for a 3rd day as I have things to do tomorrow and still no guarantee it will turn up then anyway :mad:

Had exact as you, but now got a new email saying my order wont come till 28th December. Which is annoying because they were saying all orders would be received before Christmas. I live near a major city so it is not like I am out in the sticks. Was hoping to drink them at Christmas.

I know. It's annoying. The wine would have been nice to have to drink over the Christmas holiday or to give out as a present. By the time I finally get the order, I will probably have to drink the whole lot to make me feel better. I have never ever waited for the parcel man before...They sent me an email to say my parcel was on its way yesterday Tuesday. Surely, it can't possibly take an extra week to reach its destination?!

Weird as I am out in the west in the countryside and it got to me ok - well a day late.
