Hi PWD, yes much more rural, much more us, ITS connected to OH work!!!!!!!, thats all i'm saying for the time being:D.

    ABSOLUTELY NO BABY.

Yesterday was a low spend day, bought some tea bags and thinking about it I gave OH a £10 note to get them and I havn't got my change, will chase him on that:mad:.

Done a couple of surveys this morning, don't think i'm near payout on any at the minute:(.

Todays plans are to visit family this morning, then grab some lunch and go up to new house to do a bit more.

Watched about half of the Olympic opening ceremony last night and then recorded the the rest, thought it was amazing.
  • Morning Penny, ha ha re a baby:D, will you sell your house or can you let it out?

Up early to check the lottery, sadly doesn't look like we are millionaires, there's a surprise!
Been looking at our budget again, seem to be struggling, because we've not been as focused as we were. It's the silly things like the odd newspaper and of course the not so very odd chocolate;)

  • MOrning,

Managed to spend £38 in Mr T yesterday, did start off at £57, but after combining many vouchers managed to knock nearly £20 off, pretty good going me thinks.

So today DD has a POny camp thing, so that will make me £25 lighter in the pocket.

Off to the house in a bit, have made egg sandwiches and flapjack to take with us, have to say I am flagging now and the thought of another day removing woodchip really doesn't appeal, but the sooner it is all done the sooner we get moved.

Move surveys and superpoints done this morning, life feels like groundhog day at the minute.
  • Not much to update really, another day of painting ahead of me, really getting bored of it and I'm no where near finished.

Payday tomorrow and it is much needed, going to nip to the bank before I go to the other house, I have £5 in 2p to pay in.

Another superpoints referell for anyone interested, worth 25 points.

  • Ok time for an update.

So as i have mentioned we are moving, so a few more details - Hubby works on a farm, which recently has got bigger, so is needed to be more on site so he can check animals late at night that are having babies and it also helps with security of the farm with it being so big now, as items have been pinched in the past, so we have been asked to move into one of the farm houses:j, the plus point of this is its a tied house so we pay no rent, the downside is that it hasn't had a update for around 30 years:eek:, hence all the decorating, also all my appliances in my current house are all intergrated, so I now need to buy a fridge freezer, washer, i'm not going to bother buying a dishwasher as much as I would love to and will really miss it, I have 2 children that can pull their weight and do most of the washing up:D. I also need to buy curtains/blinds as none I have fit the windows in the farm house:mad:.

So although we are forking out money, in the long run we will be better off:).
  • Today is payday, I've paid £200 to Barc card, need to go through budget and also do a shopping list.
