  • Well its the last day of term and whilst I am feeling excited about the prospect of 6 weeks off :j, i'm also sad as children are leaving, its amazing how attached you get to the little s*ds and I know I will be shedding some tears today:(. But they are moving on and taking another step closer to the big wide world, some I know will flourish at secondary school and it will be the making of them, others will struggle and feel overwhelmed by it all, how I wish I could go with them.

No change on the money front - I still have none:rotfl:.

Going to try and get my camera fixed, it won't switch on properly, then I can put some things on ebay this weekend.

Off to do some superpoints and see if I have any surveys.

    Hey pwps

Glad it's last day of school too :) have to go get DS at 130, I bet you do get attached to the kids :( I'm a bit sad too my baby is going to juniors time just goes too fast :( I'm excited for him though and he's excited too so all is good

I'm trying to keep up with the surveys but it's been a busy week don't feel like I've stopped lol had a massive bust up at work with a different woman this time it's the one I worked with when I first went back after maternity leave she is such an awful woman she will not listen to anyone even my boss but on the plus side I dont have to work with her again ever because I told my boss if she makes me work with her I will just go home. We are really understaffed so really busy which means time flies by :)

Really hope you have a good last day then roll on next week, when the summer should arrive :) xxx

    Hey pwps

Hope your enjoying the first few days of the summer hols I know I am :) don't feel as though I've stopped done loads of cleaning gutted downstairs yesterday and did 3 lots of washing, just bathed dog and hosed down the garden and got rid of some of the rubbish, small jobs but make a huge difference :)

Been to @ldi this morning for a few bits and got corned beef stew in the slow cooker for tea.

Work is actually ok again now I don't have to work with that dreadful woman lol although I did ask for a day off during the hols 1 day any day and was told there are none left now til September eek! Oh well not to worry

  • Sorry not posted for a few days, very busy at the minute.

Friday was very tearful, recieved some lovely presents from children/parents.

Well since Friday i've recieved £40 from onepoll, so not needed to use CC, still have a week to go until payday though. I spent £20 on petrol and £10 in Tesco and paid £40 off halifax card.

Have recieved various things through the post - suncream comp win, packet of ainsley harriott cous cous (ate last night with rst chick and salad), recieved biscuits to test, nivea face cream samples x 3, bottle of squash to test, quaker oat bar and 50p off voucher, The adjustment bureau dvd comp win.

Think thats it at the minute, weather is pants and struggling to get washing dried.

    Have a good day.x.

    Hi Pennywise

Hope the weathers abit brighter over at your side of the country than here, our sunshine has vanished again.

We all know its there but its playing a good job of hide and seek at the moment.

Great news on the One Poll payout, I'm ages off a payout, need to pull my finger out xxx
  • Morning.

Another busy day yesterday, decided to let you know whats happening , we are moving house:j, will give more details as time goes on, basically the house we are moving to needs redecorating from top to bottom so that is what i'm spending everyday doing. Its proving to be expensive as i'm using extra petrol.

Few more surveys /superpoints done yesterday, withdrew £3 from mysurv£y and $5 from sup£rpoints.

Spendy day as well £12 spent in Tesco on fruit, bread etc.
DD had a horse riding lesson so another £20 gone there and then another £15 spent on fish and chips for tea last night, not a good day moneywise.

My competition win has arrived, belvoir cordials, wicker basket and cotton shopping bag, all look very posh.

Busy making a pasta bake to use odds and ends in the fridge and to make sure we have something to eat when we get back tonight, as take aways are too tempting when its been a long day and we are tired.

    Have a good day.

Hi mummy, yep i'm shattered and feeling disorganised and out of control, thrown out some veggies and yoghurts from the fridge this morning because they havn't been used:mad:, its hard work when you feel like your running two homes and then the kids need entertaining as well, Oh doesn't get it that on top of the decorating i've still got to think about the normal everyday things as well, getting washing done, pets looked after etc, i'm trying to keep all the balls in the air.

Decided to spend this morning at home to get back on top of housework, made a pasta bake and now have a chocolate cake cooking, will go over to the other house at lunch time and start glossing the woodwork in the kids rooms.
  • £15 love2shop vouchers have come in the post from t*luna:j, will put these towards school uniform.
