Yes you are correct I meant aged 100. Though it may as well be 100 years later.0

What does not surprise me with this post is just how incompetent the police really are.It is nice to see that innocent people have come up against the biggest gang in England. I was arrested and convicted some years back for something I did not do and saw just how corrupt the police can be to get a conviction. I was arrested for handling stolen goods on a big scale but my crime was using the VAT, that was my crime. Which the police did not have a clue about but perverted the course of justice to get a conviction anyway. Why does the British Public think the police have a clue of what they are doing. Only recently it now turns out they shot and killed an unarmed man in tottenham. The police need to be investigated by an independent team, rather than ex police. I believe they cover their own backs. The majority of police do a good job but there are many that are bigger thieves, than there are in PRISON.0

They are not a gang. They do what their bosses tell them. The gang is the British State.tigeress289 wrote: »What does not surprise me with this post is just how incompetent the police really are.It is nice to see that innocent people have come up against the biggest gang in England.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. wow, didn't know this would stir up such a hornets nest of mixed feelings and i am saddened there are others out there who have suffered like myself

will investigate a 'subject access request' - but am scared of causing a fuss with the local police (out of paranoia) and that they would forever come after me (made up motoring offences etc etc) for not letting this go and taking it up the @ss...

well, after some quick searching i found this page and form:
h t t p : //www(dot)gmp(dot)police(dot)uk/mainsite/pages/subjectaccess.htm
i have to admit filling in the downloadable .PDF form linked on that web pagelooks pretty daunting though, i wouldn't know where to begin and the thought of walking back into my local police station after what happened to me isnt very appealing

I could go into a polce station tonight and claim you'd been harassing me, that claim would be taken for granted, and a non-crime record would appear on your enhanced CRB. Absolutely NOTHING you can do about it, deny it as much as you want, moan about your right to privacy, data protection etc etc etc. This is becoming a way exs get back at someone, in an attempt to blacken there name, police know it, politicians know it, but because of Huntly it stays an your record.
If the chief constable wants it held, its held. Welcome to the police state.
Did you mean *I* am screwed, or all of us who have posted on here that we were wrongly accused, arrested, fingerprinted, photographed and had DNA took and are now on the PNC?

Form is not too bad they need the info so they can trace what you are requesting. You do not have to go into the station if you do not wish to. You should be able to send the form with the other required documents and a postal order via recorded delivery (signed for). Telephone the station HQ and request details of where to send it and to whom, there will be an Information controller and that is who you should correspond with. You could also ask someone to go on your behalf,0

It might be worth mentioning as well that the OP wont ever be able to travel to the USA without a full visa and a very expensive series of phone calls and visits to the USA embassy in london since his arrest.
On the visa disclaimer thing you do online when travelling, one of the questions is: have you ever been arrest for (and then there's a big old list of offenses, one of which is drugs)
