I think most of them have it sorted, or a cash advance in lieu of wages. Guess it won't be sorted completely until they receive wage slips that tally with the hours they have worked. I foresee that being the next problem. Even posties who work there all the time have problems getting overtime paid

No it's not sorted. Far from it. for the last 3 weeks myself and my colleagues have received 1p each fri! They owe me over £300!
