Yes I am bearish on property rather than someone who is simply wanting prices to crash, I am just looking at factual data and interpreting it the best I can.

Well anyone that thanks the likes of Sibley, nallog, buy it now and MrRee on a regular basis can hardly be seen to be a balanced poster can they.
