Please do not state this as FACT. It is your opinion and nothing more.homelessskilledworker wrote: »I plead with anyone that has a genuine argument that the property market will turn around for the better next year to share their thoughts with me, after all I am now putting off buyimg for 2 years because of what I think will happen, if I am wrong I would prefer to know.
And when I ask for real bullish arguments I mean people who are unbiased and think(not want) and outcome to take place, MrRees and a few of the other troll posts please do not waste your time because I won't even give your posts the time of day, you will swear black is white to make your point.
Also posts that tell me they know of someone who said the same last year or the year before, DON'T CARE, I am interested in 2012 onwards.
I am probraly the most unbiased poster here. Im currently paying rent and will not be in a position to buy again until at least 2015 so a massive property crash by then will suit me just fine - unlikely to happen though.
For what it's worth my personal opinion is things will not improve next year, things may get worse, but not much. And as for property, it will not move much in either direction. If I were in your position I would be buying now and start getting that morgage paid off rather then wasting another 2 years on rent - which will be what 15-20k down the drain?0 -

Oh here we go again!!
Of course my post is MY opinion, whose opinion do you think it is, anyone who posts on boards like this gives his/hers opinion.. Duh
I even state in the bit you pasted "i think", I think that was a bot of a give away even for you.
Then is the hillarious bit, you go on to give me YOUR opinion:rotfl:, and guess what.. "I should buy a house now":rotfl:
Oh Please can you do a little bit better than that.0 -

What do you mean 'please can you do a little bit better'? What do you want from me?
I gave you my advice, but as a stranger on a public forum I certainly wouldn't expect you to follow it. But I hope your still around in 2 years so I can mock you when you've thrown 20k away. I mean how much cheaper do you reckon house prices will be in 2 years?0 -

Yeah whatever. Why say a pointless statement like that? You are nothing but a blatant property ramper and yet you claim to be unbiased. Give it a rest. You are starting to sound more and more like MrRee Dan. :think:0 -

I am not a property ramper. I just don't think house prices will crash as described by some on here.0 -
What exactly is your prediction?
You ask homelessskilledworker for his/her prediction ......Please do not state this as FACT. It is your opinion and nothing more.
And then accuse him/her of stating it as FACT .....
No predictions on this forum are FACT, and I'm sure that every poster on here realises that.0 -

Why would you want to mock me?
What is up with some of you people on here?
I just think something in the world is going to happen, and I am going to act on what I think is going to happen
Why the hell would you want to mock me for that, speaks volumes about the type of person you are.0 -

Thanks mcc100, this guy and his mates are like a gang of playground bullies, I made the same point to him but he refused to reply to the question he asked me.
It's quite clear to me, he is a disingenious poster that just has a hatred of anyone daring to post anything bearish on property, thought out or not, right or wrong.0 -

You would be suprised at how many predictions have been given as a FACT over the years.0 -

Please tell me what you think is going to happen?
I won't enjoy mocking you sir, but im trying to tell you that it is highly unlikley that house price would have fallen to the levels you need to make up the differnce your gonna spend on rent.0
