It's quite clear to me, he is a disingenious poster that just has a hatred of anyone daring to post anything bearish on property, thought out or not, right or wrong.
I have no mates on here and defo not part of a gang. I also do not have a hatred of bearish posters - I expect house price levels to go down over the next 12 months so thats bearish by defination.0 -
I am not a property ramper. I just don't think house prices will crash as described by some on here.
That makes you a "ramper" then.
(because obviously, going on an internet forum frequented by a couple of dozen people and bigging up house prices is really going to make a lot of difference).0 -

My personal opinion is that timing when to buy a house is much more to do with your personal circumstances than it is to do with trying to second guess the direction of house prices. Based on that I have no idea whether now is a good time for you or whether it would be better for you to buy in a year, two years, five years time or never.0 -
Please tell me what you think is going to happen?
I won't enjoy mocking you sir, but im trying to tell you that it is highly unlikley that house price would have fallen to the levels you need to make up the differnce your gonna spend on rent.
How could you possibly know my circumstances!0 -

errr i have no idea of your circumstances except you have said that 'something will happen next year' and have dealyed your house purchase for 2 years.
1. Why?
2. And for the final time - what will happen next year?0 -

Yes you are thick it seems
I am not wasting my time with you Dan, you are property ramping troll who probably is more terrified than most that property prices will crash.
Yes I am bearish on property rather than someone who is simply wanting prices to crash, I am just looking at factual data and interpreting it the best I can.
The Euro will get far worse next year, the economy will get far worse next year, peoples living standards will get far worse next year, the credit crunch will get far worse next year.0 -

HSW. Your not doing yourself any favours mate.
What happens from here is open to debate.
But the crash started in 2007/2008.
If you make statements like "its finally here", you really are no better that the numerous "denialists" lurking on this formum.0
