    Complain, complain and complain again, always in writing and don't take their first refusal or derisory offer. TC upped one of my complaints from an apology to £50 to £255.

    I don't understand the relevance of you being a a C of E pastor has got to do with flying to Mumbai though :undecided

    They are not allowed to sell alcohol on their internal flights.
