    The rule that you must give at least 5.6 weeks of annual leave still applies: obviously that's 5.6 weeks' worth of however many hours are normally worked. If they don't work regular hours, then paying 12.07% of hours worked is fairly straightforward IMO.

    The minimum you can pay is 5.6 weeks so using 4 weeks is wrong.

    Always a good idea to have a full timers contract defined so you can treat part timers correctly
