Never order from Tesco Photo!!

Funds take 3-5 working days to re-appear in your account after a refund, this is the same for most places.

It's not Tesco's fault, but you'll just have to wait for them to re-appear. It's the same with all banks.

Edit: Her Birthday is in the middle of October... it's still September. How has this ruined the day?

Sounds like poor communication from them, but as you have plenty of time still I would re-order with higher quality image at 20% off the price.

I used Tesco Photo's in May tis year.

Couldn't believe the prices and the quality of both the canvases and the photo's when they arrived.

Really good service.

Also , if I am not mistaken, when I ordered two smaller canvases and dragged the photos I wanted onto the canvas, I have a recollection of the system saying that the picture wasn't good enough and did I want to carry on with the purchase. It was a few phots of my dog ( RIP) that were taken on a cheap camera phone, actually the same picture as my avatar, so is quite dark and pixellated, so I cannot see where the problem lies.

IMO, the service is excellent, really quick, cheap and good quality, so much in fact, that I have recently ordered and received a 2013 calendar with pics of my doggy on them, customised all by myself.

Have to agree with rustyboy - used them several times and always got exactly what I was expecting. The finish is excellent for the price.

We now use them to print albums of kids photos each year (when they have half price offers of course).

The online photo service FotoInsight from Cambridge has just been rated the best photo printer in Germany by Europe's largest circulation consumer magazine "test" (similar to "Which" in the UK). Good to see British businesses finding success in demanding export markets.
