because we were planning on moving when she left school but it all fell through 2 days before we were supposed to move she then went on to redo her exams with YMCA training through a foundation learning course she was going to stay on but they had no spaces available ..whilst with them she did her work experience. She did go to see about doing animal care but the course they had available ment she had to be in a job 1st and then she could do day release to college . so she has to find a job 1st before she can do the training The only other course around here was with horses which she has no interest in but that would of ment doing her level 1 all over again she decided against that has she has no interest£2 savers club -- £2 (£60 banked)/ 20p savers club -- 20p (£12 banked) started 13/03/2008 :j 5p/2p/1p/ -£5.10

Without wishing to be rude, she's not going to get very far with just a foundation learning course and/or level 1. Even if she'd been retaking her GCSEs, she'd be in a better position than she is at the moment.
She really needs to reconsider the working with animals option if there are no jobs in it; it's a really competitive area even for people with decent qualifications. I'm afraid that sometimes parents have to responsible for making their children and young people face reality.0
