  • Hey, thanks, PP! Wrote mine yesterday - shows how keen I am!

Edit, would you like me to start next week's plan? I'm always on the look out for it anyway, so that it can be added to the Collection.

Saturday – steak, potato wedges, grilled tomato and mushroom
Sunday – chicken pasties, roast potatoes, sprouts, veg. Rice pudding and fruit.
    Monday – squash risotto
Tuesday – roast veg wrap, salad
Wednesday - pasta and sauce for the others. I have a day in London!
Thursday – burgers in buns, salad
    Friday – fish pie

Made a chocolate cake, and half is gone already (not by me, I add - those small Penguins have hollow legs!). Also made everyday biscuits with dried cranberry and vanilla - delicious.

DD has asked for *pizza whirls* in her pack up. Will add olive and peperoni.

I'll add this thread to the Menu Plan Collection.

Well, I still haven't eaten the food I planned for last week  I'm also trying to empty out our freezer, so I think next week will consist of

Spanakopita - frozen filo pastry and spinach bought this week
    Enchiladas - I froze 3 last week)
Chicken Curry with rice - frozen hicken breasts and a jar of curry sauce
Lasagne - lamb mince from freezer
Something else with lamb mince - kofta?

And various other dishes which I will think of nearer the time
We must all suffer one of two things: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret and disappointment
