    Post on their facebook group groupon uk, they soon respond then. They remove the post extremely quickly but they will sort the prob

    Posted on facebook ! Promised a refund on the 3rd of February and still waiting, just managed to speak to customer services (who couldn't understand why I am miffed) again I have been told my refund will take 3-5 working days. We will see :(
