Still waiting for groupon to get back to me about my refund. Website says the ear rings are still been made!! What a rip off, no wonder Groupon are in the press for potentially misleading claims. Buyers beware!!

I couldn't leave it any longer, I Phoned Groupon customer service this morning on 020 351 00410. I believe this is there London office. I pointed out the misleading information on their website and asked for full refund. After a brief conversation where the rep suggested I speak to the company providing the goods to get my refund (which was never happening) she agreed to credit the full amount to my credit card and cancel the order with www.vanamsteldiamond.co.uk
I was on hold for about 7-10 mim, which was not bad I suppose, considering the amount of complaints they must be dealing with. I should get the refund in 3-5 days. This is not where I end things with Groupon, I will continue to make people aware of the issues I have had with Groupon. Thanks to all the people who responded on MSE. I hope your items arrive before Xmas. If anyone needs any further detail regarding my poor (1st) experience with Groupon, please let me know? @nickem09

Mine turned up in the post today. Very disappointed. They're really tiny, turned up in a crappy little scratched plastic box in a crappy little padded envelope with no information inside it.

Definitely not worth the wait - or even the price for that matter.

Mine turned up on 28th. Absolutely no good to me as they were an intended Christmas present and I had to rush out Christmas Eve to buy an alternative.
I have not opened the package but they are refusing to take them back as advertisment stated no returns. Advertisment also stated items would be delivered within 20 days but they have not kept their part of the bargain. I am very annoyed and disappointed!

I did manage to get a refund for the earings before they were shipped, I was not going to be fobbed off and I think it helped that I used Facebook and twitter to vent my frustrations about how Groupon have misled me regarding their delivery statements. I certainly had got a bee in my bonnet and would have continued to make people aware of the problems untill they refunded my money. If you have received your items and they are of poor quality I would spread the word to warn people in the future. From what I have read these earings have been shipped in a crappy plastic box and not worth the money and as for them been genuine "Swarovski" crystals, I guess we will never know, if they weren't genuine you should get your money back immediately. I would want to know out of principal, especially as there is apparently no reference to swarovski on the packaging!! If you still don't have any luck with your refund I would send them a link to this Forum

Glad I found this thread as I haven't had these delivered and have sent a message to Groupon asking for a refund. If need be I'll post on facebook and see I get any success there.

I ordered my earrings on the 24th November 11 for a christmas present ! I'm still waiting. I have e-mailed both groupon and vanamsteldiamond with various unhelpful responses. The last e-mail I received was to say groupon were passing this query onto their partner management team to update/refund ?

This was my first purchase with groupon and probably my last
