email just in from a friend of mine:

I've heard there's 25m renewable heat incentive money sitting with
deti. i wonder if it's worth using your new contact basil to speak to
deti to see if there's any way deti could, by way of an exception,
subsidise your showcase pilot of a biomass community heating system? with enough mlas in support i'm sure some sort of sub would be forthcoing from the fund?
