Can I join please ???

I have seen this thread a few times over the years and now think is the best time to join as I have no cash floating around - Or even any coppers in the money box anymore

I think I will save them for next xmas / new year for my daughters spending money if we go away - unless I get more than I expect - My goal might change then

Ive not received a £2 coin this year yet to my memory - so will hunt them down now !!

I just cheated - someone has just paid some money to work and there were 5 lovely shiny £2 coins in there so swapped them for a grubby £10 note, yeah

Finally got my first £2 coin today in my change when I bought my lunch in our ultra-cheap work canteen (seriously, it costs more to bring in my lunch!). And then my sister called me tonight to tell me she's got another 2 for me, though the bad news is I now owe her a tenner :rotfl:

I always collect/save my £2 coins (even changing coinage to make sure I get them!) and they go in a tin that can't be opened without a tin opener. It should hold £500 but my last one I opened thinking it was nearly full, and it 'only' contained £380 so I think the tin can hold a lot more.

Please count me in!
