Just remembered - make rug kit

Clean house and try and tidy back lots of stuff
Get some more stuff sorted for ebay
Read lots of books to declutter and put out for sale :D
    Catch up with Fringe
    Watch Bag of Bones miniseries
    Do some exercise
Maybe paint kitchen (unlikely but want to do)
Do next OU assignment and look out books for next course.
    Start rug kit

Hmm, it's probably true, but half of it's not relevant to me, and some I would never do - I wouldn't hide to get out of a round, I just refuse to buy them. I don't see the need to grab freebies that I don't need - I don't see how that makes me less 'tight', just not wasteful.

    Hi everyone, :santa2:

Sorry I haven't been around much, I've been madly busy as always and all kinds of things keep going wrong. I'll be happy when I get a few days off. :)

I got 33% in the tightness test as well, a lot of it for the same reasons as you - so many questions just weren't relevant.

Jwil, that's quite a to-do list over the holidays, hope you manage to get it done but don't put yourself under too much pressure - Christmas is a time to unwind and relax.

Ebayqueen, hope you are feeling better. Have a dodgy hug. :grouphug:

DDFW you are so organised, I've still to write most of my cards - never mind, people must be used to my cards arriving after Christmas - it's what always happens. :D

A big hello to everyone else who have popped into Jwil's thread, hope I'll be around a bit more now that the mad rush of work/Christmas/stuff is over.

Nice to see you again peaceandfreedom! Hope you get a chance to relax soon.

My 'to do' list is in an ideal situation, and a lot of it is relaxing stuff really - book reading, catching up with TV etc. I'm not stressing about whether I get it all done though, I'm just going to enjoy the time to myself and potter about. DH is still working most of it :(

I did my Christmas cards really early this year - I classed it as decluttering :D I refused to buy any new ones and was determined to use up those in the house. Any left will be recycled, and I'll buy some more in the sales for next year. DH keeps moaning about how horrible the cards are, and I have to remind him that he bought them last year and I told him at the time they were horrible :P (They're not horrible as such, just a bit dull...)

I too hope you are feeling better ebayqueen :)

Well I thought I'd have a nice lie in this morning with a book. Instead I got up at 6.30 and took the dog for a walk  He's gone off to bed now though, so I'm free to do what I want! Don't you just love days like that :D

    Woo hoo! I've just redeemed a £25 amazon voucher from a survey site :T :j :T :j

It's a site I don't log on to very often as I can never remember the password so I have to look it up each time. I'm only 80 points away from another £10 one too, so not long til the next one! It's better value to wait til I get to £25 though, so I'll have to get another 1000 points for that.

Still a very nice surprise though - I'd better check the others now :D

Hellooo everyone - I was starting to wonder why everyone was posting percentages of tightness lol (going to go do it next). :D

Hope you all have a lovely christmas and manage to chillax and not spend too much.

My list is pretty similar to yours Jwil - want to crack on with that challenge next year. :D The best part for me is that I can wake up at 7 am now instead of 5:30 - going to be bliss for a whole 10 days :j
