  • Hi all :)

brizzle - the post office was actually empty to start with and 2 people working on tills - there was no queue when we left either. So i did wonder when the guy on another till came over to ask if i had alot more parcels left? At this stage i had 2 and he said 'oh, thats alright then'. Errr i wonder what he'd have said if i had alot more? There was no one else in the shop at this stage and it doesn't close for lunch or anything.

It probably has cleared a bit of space too but i could do with the larger items of clothes i'm listing selling - winter jackets etc. as they'll free up alot more space. Will wait and see for the next free listing

Jwil - are you famous? ;):D I shall check out the newsletter later :) You do such a good job running the challenge - i really want it to be there NEXT year too :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: So pleased if you've been recognised for it hon x

LAM - how long will it be before your horses are up and about again? Am sure you're very active with them :) And a nice image of your dogs running around having fun whilst you see to the horses too :D

Not sure - but thanks for asking - it seems like forever - a similar injury to the old boy took about 6 weeks - they all heal differently - he is lame again but not sure why although even though he is only 19 he raced as a youngster - then evented (cross country) and has a hard and busy life so has a bit of arthritis setting it.

Well done you though on 28 parcels - gosh you must have the patience of a saint! I do a few and I give up. The only money making thing I did this week was get another £5 'amazing' voucher from Swgbks. I am loving it - got £15 so far - in 3 weeks - am totally addicted lol. Hoping to treat myself to a kindle with it. :D

Have a good day everyone - am off to 'investigate' the email :D

Aw bless your horse LAM - i hope he is better soon.

28 parcels - they took forever to package  But needs must as i need to get the money in to cover my mortgage this month! Going to check my shortfall calculations again later :o Hopefully i'm down to being about £45 short and hopefully the eb*yers who haven't paid will pay up leaving me about £10 short - *if* all my calculations so far are correct that is :o

Ooh swaggers i do that but am not cashing out as regularly as you - any tips? ;)

Hey jwil hope you are ok and having a good day xx

  • Hi everyone - wow it seems so quiet here and its only been yesterday since we all posted.

I am popping in to say hope all are well - peaceandfreedom - you are putting me to shame with all you are getting done :)

brizzle - i think i read that you sold your car ? Very well done hon that is indeedy fab news :T (if i've got this wrong i'll look very silly :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:)

Sat here hoping for a free listing weekend :o Doubt i'll list anything new though as i've over 100 unsold and alot of them had alot of watchers but no bids on their last outing. i do have new things to list mind. I may also try a clothes shop to take a couple of my decent items to and tell them the minimum i want and they can keep the mark-up - this is the way it works i think as its a second hand clothes shop but all branded stuff - mine will be on the lower end of the branded scale :o

jwil - hope all is well with you hon x

Hi everyone - had a really busy day at work yesterday but hope you are all well.
Ooh swaggers i do that but am not cashing out as regularly as you - any tips? ;)

I got lots of tips off Fairyclicks on here. I have a job sat at a computer all day and some days are really quiet so I let the swag tv run and keep going back to it and setting another off. I also referred a friend and a family member so everytime they search and get points I get points :D I understand there is a limit (I think 1000) so probably still beginners luck but I aim for 100 points a day. I let the games play on another tab and every so often go and click 'back to games' and set it off again (2 points for every 3 or 4 games played). Yesterday I was really busy though so only managed 43 points - will probably catch up over weekend :D

I see its another free listing weekend so really should get myself sorted again - there has got to be stuff to be sold in my house :D

Have a good weekend everyone :):)
