    Morning Jwil

It never fails to surprise me what people are interested on ebay. What we think of as rubbish seems to be of some interest to others. Would be great if you could get a few quid for them. Listing on Ebay can be soul destroying but when there are a few sales it makes it more worthwhile. Was looking at your signature and you doing very well. Keep going Jwil.

Enjoy your new microwave. Looks lovely
    take care

    Hi jwil and all

Just catching up and what am amazing listing session..am very impressed. OH has finally taken some photos so I will list. Know that last weekend was a free listing weekend but given that was going away and taking on board point from here ( was it yourself jwil? Am afraid I can't remember) that sometimes on free listing weekends there are lower prices as there are so many sellers and same number of buyers. So will list them this week or next.

Am always intrigued what sells. Trying to tell my OH that as he never believes me when I say potentially everything will sell!!

Have a good day and enjoy your annual leave

Thanks ebayqueen and brizzle. It is always amazing what sells.

I do think that the market gets flooded on free listing weekends, so am never bothered if I don't get anything new on. I'm always happy to pay a listing fee once.

I sold two items last night and they have both paid up so that's good. I was going to do some listing today, but my DH has decided to tackle the spare bedroom so I must help out there whilst he's in the mood :D

We haven't started clearing the spare room yet and will be doing that this afternoon. I've dropped my parcels to the post office and have started listing the box of stuff I photo'd at the weekend. So far I've done 16 items.

Annoyingly, the book I refunded at the weekend has been returned to me as the buyer didn't pick it up from the post office  I've relisted it though, and the price has gone up since I last sold it :D

Well I've had some interest in my 'rubbish' items so that's quite intriguing :j

I've listed one item for DH and done my relists. I've got a few things going out tonight with one selling, so I shall relist those too.

Oooh good luck on those things you didn't think would sell x

Fantastic that you are sorting out the spare room jwil as i know how important it is to you to get things cleared out :)

Had a peek at your microwave oven - very nice indeedy :T

I see you just posted about a book - have you ever tried greenmetropolis for selling books? It could work out ok i think if you have any low value books as basically - i think that each book on there is a set price which includes postage and then they take an amount for the listing once its sold. As i say may be worth a look for any low value ones as they are a set price.

I did try green met back along, but I think I only sold one book so when they expired I didn't bother again. I think it is a good site if you have fairly recent books which you'd only get 1p on amazon though.

I made it to 31 listings in the end :T

We have made a start on the cupboard in the spare bedroom and have 3 boxes of stuff which will be sent to auction and a few bits to send to car boot.

It's a fairly slow process as we are documenting what we are clearing from there but it's started now.

Well done on all those listings :T

Ooh auction sounds exciting - have you sold anything at auction before?

I'm having a totally bleurgh! day :o I went out for a bit yesterday but wished i hadn't in the end :o Oh well! Plus as i worked so hard on satday on eb*y and messing about with getting comp right i think i tired myself out - not helped by the pain in my right leg waking me up and keeping me awake this morning  Will definitely mention it at the docs.

Added to that i've had ALOT of things on eb*y that have ended over the last few days with lots of watchers and some with messages so was hoping for a few more sales - sadly no-one bid  think i'll leave things that are above 99p until the next free listing as i've paid for listing once. It does seem odd though as i've never had so many things with so many watchers end without a single bid before. Ho hum!

It's frustrating when things with lots of watchers go without selling isn't it  Maybe there will be another free listing closer to payday so people may be more willing to bid then.

We sold some bits at auction before when we were first clearing the house. One item in particular went amazingly well. We'll have to hope that these items do well too.

Do see the docs about the pain, it sounds very uncomfortable.

I'm not feeling particularly brilliant today :( My back is aching a bit again. But we are going to go to the seaside today so that should perk me up :)
