Hi jwil and everyone
jwil it certainly sounds like you're getting plenty done today - i like the way you sneaked in your confession of buying more kindle books too :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: - but its all from your voucher balance and i know you like reading as much as me so understand buying new books too
peaceandfreedom - i echo what jwil said - hope you're ok and good luck to your hubby with the job search
jwil do you still list on eb*y when its higher than 99p start and not free listing ? xCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -
Yes, it was all vouchers so freebies really
DDFW - yes I do. I think the market gets flooded on free listing days so you are more likely to get a better price when there's not one on. I usually pay for a listing once, and then use the free listing days to relist."If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney0 -
Well I feel like I've achieved something today :T
I've finally sorted through the old paperwork and shredded what is no longer required, and filed the rest away. I've also sorted through all of my proof of posting and got rid of anything older than 6 months, and have found a box that I can store them all in rather than having them scattered in various drawers.
I seem to have decluttered a breadmakerIt's been dying for a long time, and the brick that appeared out of it was not really useable. It now won't switch on. Oh well. I would like to replace it, but there's no real hurry.
I've got sausage casserole in the oven using reduced sausages, and I've made some cheese and bacon turnovers from some leftover pastry, bacon and cheese :T They will do me for some lunches and will freeze too.
I've scrubbed out the microwave which was desperately required and started cleaning the kitchen. Washing's all done too.
I've also pulled out all of my scraps of paper with recipes on them and found a ring bound notebook which I've copied them all into. Much neater and tider than lots of scraps of paper.
DH has come home early for once and so has gone out on the afternoon dog walk :T

Yes, I am finally using the filing cabinet :j:j:j
I probably will look on amazon for the breadmaker, I can save my vouchers for it then and it will be free!
Good luck with your ebay listings"If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney0 -
I've got a few sales on ebay going out this evening, so that will be a few more things gone soon!"If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney0

Pops out of lurkdom to say hi and hope everyone is ok. Still doing well on those Eb*y and Am*zon sales JWIL, one day you'll be clutter-free :T
I'm not doing too bad on sales either, not in your league of course, but coming up to the £30 mark and still some to go. I even managed to sell one thing that's been listed so many times that I said to OH if it doesn't sell this time then off to the charity shop it goes.
Have a good weekend and don't work too hard.0 -
Hey retired, nice to see you! Well done on your sales, it all counts! It's always great when something sells after relisting loads.
I've had a few items sell tonight, some of which have been relisted a number of times, so I'm happy
Have a good weekend!"If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney0 -
Hi jwil
Just a quick piece of advice please?
I've made my first ever sale on amaz*n :j Do i just need to package suitably and enclose the packing slip or are there any other rules in case i've missed somethingCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -

Woo hoo! Well done! :j I don't ever print off the packing slip, just post it as normal. You need to make sure you mark it as sent and post within two working days. You won't get your money until you mark it as sent.
I think for your first payment you have to wait for amazon to disburse it to your account (2 weeks I think), but in future, you can request the payments once every 24 hrs."If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney0
