Hopefully things will get better for you both soon ((hugs))
DedicatedDFW wrote: »Its good to hear that your sleep is improving jwil and that you feel better for itWhat sort of thing do you normally take for lunches?
I don't tend to sleep very well anyway, and there's a fine line between me getting enough, and really feeling ill, so it's always worse if I have a few disturbed nights. It's nice to be feeling more functional though
Lunches - often I will cook for 3 in the evenings, so take the extra portion for lunch the next day (that is always the cheapest).
Otherwise, I will take sandwiches, salads, sausage roll/pasties or maybe a ready meal if I get some whoopsies at the supermarket. I usually have crisps and/or chocolate (healthy ). My weekend cakes were to give me something to eat at lunch other than chocolate as they would be more filling.
Occasionally I'll batch cook something at the weekend to provide me lunches for the week, but often I get bored if I do that as I make too much.
I keep thinking I need to do a type of 'bento box' with lots of different nibbly type things, but I haven't done it yet.
As you can see from all that, I'm not making a huge effort in the healthy eating stakes. I always try and have some fruit and/or veg to nibble on too."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". I've sold another book on amazon yay! Why doesn't it seem like the book piles are going down at all :rotfl:
I've given a partial refund for something which got damaged (not sure if it was there before or in the post but ) and a message from someone who had a part missing from their item. I've found the part and will post it on but  again. I've also had the 'missing' parcel returned to me today, so need to repost that tomorrow  again :rotfl: :rotfl:
I seem to be having a flurry of issues at the moment, some of which are definitely my fault, some of which are just life, and some are not my fault. Wonderful!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -

I'm not sure we have. That last night was BP, but I'll try and make a list. If you do the same we can compare"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
