Just had to give someone a partial refund  I disagree with them about what is wrong with the item, but the partial refund is less than it would cost me to pay for postage so I thought it was easier to just do it and suck it up."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Annoying but you did the right thing. Best to cut your losses.
My NPB still hasn't paid up, hopefully I will be able to close that later today.
Haven't heard from DDFW for a while, hope she is doing OK.0 -
NPBs are so annoying.
I think DDFW was having a bit of time away from here, but hopefully she'll be back soon as we miss her :kisses3:"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -

I've listed a load of stuff on ebay today :T
DH has also decided to clear a job lot of stuff which if it sells, will be over 700 items gone :T :T :j :j
I got a load of amazon vouchers today :j but then had to spend them on something for the carOh well at least I didn't have to spend 'proper' money. I've since had another £5 voucher come through so my account is not completely empty

i am still feeling dizzy lots _pale_ but wanted to pop on here and let you all know i am around againI'm hoping to have enough focus to PM people tomorrow
With the dizziness being on the comp isn't a huge help to be honest
and any posts now take me forever
Everyone seems to be doing really well with money and selling stuff which is fab :T:T:T i am absolutely chuffed for you all :j
I have had several pieces of bad money news sadlybut don't want to bring everyone down on here
i just keep saying to myself *and breathe*
I cannot change any of it i can only try and deal with it now. Does mean i really feel the pinch of my bay of e restrictions though
So how is everyone?
jwil hon - hope all is good with you and you must be so happy getting things done on your lists :T Be fab if that joblot of mr jwils sells too :T and maybe if it goes well he might do a few more job lots too - clearing space and making money
peaceandfreedom - hope all is good with you hon x you have done amazingly with that balance in your target :T and i bet your garden is doing fab too. I have beautiful flowers popping up in the garden - mostly inherited ones so not necessarily what i'd choose to plant myself but still they are very cheering once in bloom
ebayqueen hon - how are you ? have you been away again as i don't think i have seen lots of posts from you ? Hope all is good with you and your family
As for me have been in a bit of a changeable mood ! i can get like thatWent from thinking that i've got the debt down to the lowest level its been in forever and it doesn't matter if its not paid off in full by my birthday. Then kicked myself for not using the savings (not got them yet) to clear over half the remaining debt
Can't do that now as the money has been committed to other things :undecided Then realised i need to give myself a good talking to! ( not got round to that bit yet but selected some bits to declutter
) Small steps but ok.
Oof i think i've posted loads :eek: you can tell i'm back :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:CC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -

It's Friday, hurrah! :j :j
I've just had two small sales on ebay so that's a little bit coming in.
I've got my euromillions ticket for tonight so will happily win either £51 million or settle for a £1 million prize as well. Here's hoping"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0
