That's frustrating about the shed, hope it's fixable.

It's been quite nice again today here :)

Had a reasonably relaxing day today. We went booting this morning, just looking, not selling.

This afternoon I have been mainly decluttering a book (which isn't actually true as it's not going anywhere :o)

I've done some new listings and all the relists are done now as well.

    Hope everyone's had a good day :)

Hey everyone, not much to report really. I've got my head down and stuck into my assignment which I really do not understand _pale_.

I didn't have anything going out on ebay this weekend, and I must say, it's been lovely not having to pack and post anything. It really makes a difference to my time! Oh well, can't have that happening too often :D

    Hope everyone is well.

    Hi Jwil,

Hopefully all will become clear with the assignment in time. :) Nice to have a Monday of non-ebay-packing.

Had a quiet-ish weekend, still lots to do and I need to work a bit harder. :o

Still got one non-payer on ebay, have begun NPB process but still nothing happening. Baffling really.
  • Hi jwil good luck with the assignment, i only had 1 item sell at the weekend and its lovely only having to wrap 1 item and take it to the post office.

Hi jwil, I have a quick question for you - how long do you keep proof of postage for items you sell on eBay? I have them going back to 2010 (!) and would love to bin them but I'm cautious incase someone decides to open an item-not-received case.

    P.S.
I think you're doing brilliantly dealing with debts and a house full of stuff to sort out - well done!

Thanks P&F, I've had a few non-payers recently, it's very annoying. Two have also contacted me after I've done the NPB to say they thought they'd paid by phone which is weird if it's true. I have to wonder why they don't check their emails though

Hi penny, It is a luxury not having to take loads to the post office, I could get used to it :D

    Hi Iris, thanks :)

I think you are meant to keep pop for 6 months as a minimum. I tend to keep mine for a year just in case. Well, the reality is, I keep them until the box is full and then get rid of any that are over a year old.

I think the chargeback period is 180 days - there's been a couple of threads on the ebay board recently about people who have had a chargeback done a few months after the sale.

    Good luck :)

Well the assignment is done and sent. Or in reality, it is sent partially completed and a load of tosh.

I've written it off. I could not get my head around it at all, and so just sent off the small bit I had done. I know I thought the last one was rubbish, but this one really was. The question I didn't really do was worth over 50% of the marks, so I will have failed this assignment. I need to get my focus back and really work on the next one now or I will fail the course.

In other news - I redeemed a £10 amazon voucher yesterday, a £5 one the other day and I played in BP's birthday celebration game yesterday so supposedly have some sort of prize on the way, not sure what that is  but exciting anyway.

    Hope everyone is well :)
