Well my lottery win from yesterday wasn't £2.50, it was a HUGE £4.80 :T :T
I have also managed to win again last night  an even bigger £10 :j :j
I think all these lottery wins are a good omen - you are being pyschologically prepared for the BIG ONE. Any day now you'll be posting with news of a multi-million pound win, and you'll then have to make a run for it before we have time to get our begging-PMs to you.:D:D

Had another sale yesterday, small stuff but still, it's stuff out of the house and money in.
Well done on the sale! :T"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -

I also have targets to achieve and frankly, I did not perform too well in March and April, so I'll just have to hope that May is better.
Need to raise extra funds to get my hair done as I am once more sporting the Worzel Gummidge look. Lots of stuff to ebay and loads of house-decorating and gardening to do. Still, it'll be great once it's all done.
Hope you feel a bit better now peaceandfreedompeaceandfreedom wrote: »I think all these lottery wins are a good omen - you are being pyschologically prepared for the BIG ONE. I think you are right, I'm waiting very (im)patiently

Do you definitely not have them? My DH hasn't had the message either, but I'm assuming he does. It's showing in the news feed on there. Unless your account says your performance is below standard you should have them.
I think the emails can be a bit dodgy sometimes."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
I've paid another £34 today."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0

Bothersome! Have found it and also found out which items it relates to which is just plain silly - i am also fractionally over the allowed percentage - i really think sometimes people just like to not give 100% and as i've sold such a lot recently then i've unfortunately had 1 or 2 people complain
- 1 of the items is from last year but obviously these things run for 12months. I'll just have to get on with it. It is so annoying though - last week the maximum postage allowed for an item was £4 - it cost me £4.41 to post it and a further £2.49 for the huge packaging which it really did need. Oh well - nothing i can do about it bar sending in copies of my receipts for the packing materials and posting receipts also and even then it wouldn't change anything

That's frustrating DDFW. Try offering free postage for a while and add it into your starting costs. I do that with most of my items and still sell well - sometimes things even go for more as people get carried away.
You automatically get 5 stars if you offer free postage and you get placed higher in the search rankings so you should be able to get your percentages up quicker."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Good advice on the free postage.
For heavier stuff, like clothes bundles, the actual postage cost can be too high to add to the starting price - it's about 15 quid and so makes the starting price too high. In these cases, I put the postage as 'Freight' which allows you to set a higher postage cost than the maximum of £4.
It's daft really, how ebay set max prices for postage on things that they couldn't possibly know the weight/size of. I know they are trying to stop people reduce selling prices while whacking up the postage to reduce their selling fees but it penalises people who are selling stuff that is expensive to post.0
