I haven't done terribly well with my targets either. Had a very lazy day yesterday but gave myself a good talking-to so got a lot more done today. Did manage to list some stuff of amazon yesterday and one has sold already, so it's not all bad.
There's no way I'm going to reach most of my targets though.
Nice work on the decluttering though, Jwil.
I'm unlikely to bring in any more cash now though, so that one's done for the month. I will have to do better for next month now though
Well done on your amazon sale :T"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
Just had a hilarious dog walk
It's absolutely bucketing down here, and the dog took one look at the door and ran back in the house :rotfl:
Once I finally got him out, he absolutely galloped around, and at one point sat down as if to say 'enough is enough'. I was chuckling away :rotfl:

Morning Jwil
Are you far off your target? What about your ebay? I am seriously thinking of not listing for a few days so I can catch up on this whole new costing from Royal Mail. Do you know if Amazon will be increasing their postage allowance? Will take a while to get used to."You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream"C. S. Lewis

Morning
It started off dry here and now its slinging it down. A colleague has just said apparently we are due a months worth of rain in the next 5 days  Great! My JRT hates rain but the other one is not bothered - the wetter the better
Good news on the amazon sale peaceandfreedom. With amazon do you need to open a separate selling account. Like I have an account where I buy stuff and tried to see if I can sell but it looks like it would be separate?0 -

YepI've had a lot on so haven't done as much as I'd hoped. I've got nothing on ebay at the moment, but hope to get some more on this week. I need to update all my existing listings on the next flw with the new postage.
I haven't heard anything about amazon increasing their postage. I urgently need to look through my listings on there and pull some off now. Some of the bigger books will be cheaper to post though, so that's good news :T
I've got my print out of the new prices all ready though, so I'm ready to go."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -

Yes I saw that story yesterday about the rain - it was torrential here this morning! Our dog (who is half a JRT) hates water. He avoids it where he can.
With amazon, IIRC you have a separate selling account (mine has a different user name than my buying account) but I can still access it from my buying account, so it's not a problem. I've always been a bit disappointed that I can't use my sales funds for buying, though in reality it's probably a good thing"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Oh my. I've won the lottery again :T :T
I can't check because I'm at work, arrrrggggghhhhhh!!!!
All that suspense again probably to find out I've won £2.50 :rotfl:"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -

Thanks for that - I will have a look - yes would be nice to be able to spend from your sales.Oh my. I've won the lottery again :T :T

Oh wow - I hope it is more than £2.50 - how exciting.0 -
Well my lottery win from yesterday wasn't £2.50, it was a HUGE £4.80 :T :T
I have also managed to win again last night  an even bigger £10 :j :j
I'm going to count that towards next month's savings, as I will just use it for my tickets next month rather than withdraw it and add it again.
I'm going to do a new list for next month now and start afresh. I can do some more on the decluttering etc, but won't get any more money in this month now.
I have just received a £5 amazon voucher though"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
