I've had my heating on, but not so far today. It will come on later though I expect. I'd sooooooo love a woodburning stove but we don't have a chimney
Well we've achieved loads today :T :T Tackled one of the spare bedrooms and have cleared quite a bit for booting and a few items ready to go on ebay. It's still pretty much full, but it's a lot tidier and we can at least get in the room now. :j
Tired now though, so will have a more relaxing evening."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
ta da..I managed it! I didn't put the heating on and feel bizarrely so pleased with myself!
the woodburner is fab. Its a new accquisition. I would really recommend it. I think you said you were renting jwil..(is that right?)..if youre in Zummerset then next time you move, then move to one with a stove..they are brilliant...
Well done on the tidying..am not up to your standard but decluttered about 10 items..more planned for tomorrow!!MFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal

Nope we don't rent, so no chance of an imminent move. I'd still love one though, and have looked into whether it is possible to put one in anyway. Something to look at more seriously when the house is more organised."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Raise £600 extra in April = £42/£600 = £558 to go
List 200 items - 0/200
Clear magazines - 16/66 DH - 24
Time spent studying - 1hrs 12 mins :T
Declutter 100 items - 41/100
I won the lottery last night :T :T So have withdrawn the winnings from the account. That adds a hefty £6 to my total
I did find another pile of magazines in a box during my decluttering yesterday, so they will be flicked through and then go.
DH has been looking through some of his too, so I've added those to the list as well.
I slept in this morning, so am currently shattered and trying to decide what to do today  DH is at work so I have the house to myself.
I'm toying between sorting some more stuff out here, or packing up the car and doing a boot sale. Not sure what to do.
Hope everyone has a good day!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -

Had quite a busy afternoon in the end. I decided against the boot sale as I wasn't sure if it would stay dry.
I've listed a few items on ebay both mine and DHs stuff. We've also filled another box of stuff for boot sale so that's all good.
I've got a few things going out tonight so a little bit coming in there which is good.
