    Hi all.

OMG I am so tired - pain is keeping me awake at night, and it's really catching up with me now.

I've done yet another WM load of Mr LW's clothes - I have no idea how that man creates so much washing! Also hand-washed a top that's too delicate to put in the WM; it's all on the A-frame over the bath to dry.

Theoretically it could've gone outside, but if it rains, I can't rush out to fetch it in, and reaching up to the line really hurts, so bathroom it will have to be!

I have a delightful hanky wash to do tonight; also the bath towels will want changing (they'll go on tomorrow night) then I expect we'll be back to Mr LW's clothes again......

From Saturday, I'll have to put the WM on during the day - usually set it to come on early hours of the morning, on cheaper leccy, but Sidney will be sleeping in the kitchen for 12 nights, and it's not fair on the little guy to have the WM come on at that sort of time.

Have a good Monday all - and did someone say it's Topsyturphy's birthday? Have a good one!

  • Morning All,

    Happy Birthday Topsyturphy

uolypool, what is wrong with some people. Why do they have to go around destroying things and making a general nuisance of themselves. Hearing things like that really winds me up

Its been absolutely freezing here today. I feel like I am going to be perpetually cold for the next few months. My school doesn't put the heating on and when they do, its only for an hour and then gets turned off. As soon as it goes off, the heat doesn't really linger with people running in and out of the classroom. :(

A few weeks ago I had mentioned to my mum that I wanted to get a slow cooker when I come back to the UK after reading about how amazing they are on here. I speaking to her yesterday and she said she picked one up for me from the charity shop, brand new for £5 :j:j:j I actually think she just cant wait for me to come home and keeps buying things for the hypothetical house I want in London. At this rate though, no job prospects and not enough savings I dont think my dream place in London is going to here any time soon. At least ill have a slow cooker though :rotfl::rotfl:

Hugs to all who need or want one.
    have a great day everyone.

Thats not good As cooked chicken bones can splinter
One of my mums late labs had a very long reach with her Tongue and managed to lick the top off a lemon meringue pie :rotfl:

Afternoon all, why oh why does food shopping take some blooming long?! Went out at half nine and came home at 11am  then it takes forever to put away.....that's the worst bit. Anyway tis all away, have put vac round all downstairs so need to dust this afternoon.

Not sure what's for tea but I am cooking chicken and chicken breasts for H's lunch in the Remoska. Can't go too far as cat is playing with a mouse and has been for nearly an hour  if I don't hang around in sight of garden she's liable to bring it in....

Still behind with Xmas shopping, not sure how I am actually going to fit it all in this week, no chance of doing anything next other than baking as kids are off.

Hugs and spoons all round, especially for some of you, LW, Lou, Jac and Dazi.
