Woody has been (I think) in another fight and is badly hurt. He is limping, not sure why as I can't get a good look, he can be prone to biting at the best of times. I've just hand fed him some ham and he is now really cross that I've locked the cat flap, I doubt the other 2 will be over the moon either.
Bedtime for me with my hottie, I've made one for DS2 as well. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

Morning all
Silly o'clock for me today. I've already emptied the WM, had a cuppa, read some emails and felt very sorry for Woody who is only able to hobble. I think it will be a trip to the vet after school when DS2 can come with me.
Mama congratulation on your job :T
Pickle cat has disappeared from the family room where DH was under strict instructions to leave them all with the cat flap left as I had locked it. So where is he? Either he has turned into Houdini or was let out and left locked out all night in the cold and at the mercy of bully cat
Time for a second cuppa and to empty the DW, then some card writing.

Wednesday
Sadly house break-ins increase at this time of year. They are most common late afternoon and early evening so please make sure you leave a light on a timer or just on so it looks like you are home. Make sure to always lock your door (even if just popping to a neighbour who may invite you in for a mince pie). Windy weather is also a great cover for the toe rags as if you hear a bang or breaking glass you put it down to the weather. Please look out if you hear such things.
So today check all your window locks, where are the keys, set timers if possible or if not which light with a low energy bulb can you leave on.0 -
Jue I hope all goes well at the hospital, will be thinking of you both
All cards for posting now written, just need the family to sign them when they get up.
Queen Victoria being as royal as can be this morning. She needs to be kept away from Woody as she can't be trusted not to be mean.
Plan to get the last of the presents today for the grand wrap tomorrow and hope to do it all in good time to let me tackle some of the room of doom. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Morning everyone.
Off to the housing appeal today to try and get the 78 houses rejected. We have a beautiful bluebell wood next to our house. I can't believe the planning authority will bulldoze an area of outstanding natural beauty (in April).
I doubt I will get much done today in light of the above.
Well done on the job Mama
Hope the day goes smoothly for Jue and her DD0
