  • Watches space with LT - I hope they sort it soon and lovely support you've got there for KK too - you really understand her pain, whilst I can only hug from afar.

Hope all good in the LT household today - puddy cats are they good? I saw two of ours yesterday - they don't talk or anything - just look alarmed and run into the barn. I wish they wouldn't be so alarmed when they see me, I'm not that crazy looking. (mind you pj's, hat and wellies, maybe I am?)

hi Pippi, we're fine if a tad chilly today. Puddy cats are asleep. They've been playing with a white fluffy mouse and like jumping around on all the piles of boxes. Actually the red headed one has just woken up and has come to say hello. Mine always used to do a runner whenever my sister arrived but now they've calmed down a bit, so i'm sure given time yours will as well. Give them a summer where they see you outside and about a lot and they'll get used to you.
  • I hope they do LT!

Having been in the wasteland we once called the garden, I've moaned about it all on my blog - once I get my fingers defrosted I'll pop some photos up there too - its a rambly long moan otherwise!!

:) time for some soup :)

Love the sound of your bag-making pods! :) Would love to sit and sew some with you :)

I'm off to a seed swap! Have got loads of old packets of stuff which I'm never going to grow (I mean - aubergines???) Some of them will be too old and out of date, but I've never been to a seed swap before and have no idea how fussy they are! :p

(have got some delphiniums - unopened - from 1982 if you fancy an experimental project Pippi :D If anyone could make them grow, you could - and if they do, I bet the seed company would give you a freebie or two! :D :rotfl:)

We have a volunteer who's made a few, but I'm trying to get us a 'stock' of them together by holding fun evening workshops and things...........

Hello dearest Pippi (waving in an excited manner)

I think I'm going to have a go at one or two of these, I will liberate my Mum's sewing machine for the task. I will use the material from a couple of dresses that are unlikely to sell on eBay (should you wish, you could read too lazy to list rather than unlikely to sell :o)

Hope you're having a great Sunday. I'm just back home from the yard, the Captain is suffering with arthritis today poor old lad. Piq

  • Morning all. Not posting as much as I should do. Hope all is well with everyone.

Sounds like another busy day pippi. Hope you are all better now.

:j for quiet sundays. DD and I spent the day watching rubbish tv and talking, sooo nice to catch up. First time she has been home since the New Year.

Not much pottering outside here. Not been to lottie for a bit weather not been up to it and its too wet for digging. Plenty of planning and we have some new enviromesh, she says going to the conservatory just to feel the nice crispness of the material. Can't wait to see that covering all the lovely veg.

Well coffee and banking for me, then I had better get started:)
My finances are work in progress.
    Normal veiwing will resume shortly
  • Morning SFRD! I'm glad you had a pottery type of day too.

Nice to have catch up's - I need to do the bank now too - diary open - I've done a few 'work' emails and I'm getting ready to go into town, via post office.

I love the feel of environmesh :)
Thinking of seeds, need to get my head around trying to balance growing and working and galavanting
    :)
