  • Hey up all
Lovely to see you all - and woo hoo I'm on the mend - I woke up in pain, but nowt like its been - so yippee, I'm on the mend.

I'm really sorry I've not caught up - I've a 'womble infested' day at home today and a nip out to town later to the post office. I'm taking it a bit easier - busy week here - two training events, one meeting with boss, one big info event later in the week open to public (eek), normal womble HQ day on Sat, then another event on Sun, a board meeting Mon and a large (half organised) Slow Food event on Tues.

Wednesday I'm having a day off!!!!!

:) hope you're all good - its all happenning at once here then I'm having a flop.

Bank etc to do - rent paid - hooray - dd got AMAZING results for her prelims. Ds has to do his next week

Hope you're all splendid and good - I'm going to keep this open today - potter on with work and try and catch up during the breaks.

A heartly hello to you all and a warm kettle.

Greying thank you for the bags!!! :) angel lady.

Good to see you back on form Pippi.
It's freezing here today and tried to snow earlier.I wouldn't want to be a bird or plant at the mo, I'd be even more confused than I usually am!

(have got a parcel I've been meaning to post to you since before Christmas - was hanging back trying to find more suitable goodies to bung in it, but I think I'm going ot have to accept that I'm uninspired at the minute, and I'll just send it anyway and then maybe you'll get another one later :D)

Hello honey! Don't worry about catching up, Pippi, its your thread, after all, this isn't an obligation, its supposed to be a support (and a pleasure!).

Glad to hear DD did so amazingly! She sounds like a really bright spark, I'm glad it comes across in exams, makes things easier :kisses3:
2023: the year I get to buy a car
  • Hey up
Cheery I've a parcel in the car for you that's been there for about 100 years
I must post it!!!! :) well maybe not that long

I've got a bit of sour milk in the fridge (from work, I brought it home) I think I might make some scones myself - thank you!

    I hope you're good. :)

SFRD kettle nice and warm although I've to get to the PO in a bit! I hope you're well? My seeds are beginning to call to me - merely squeaking at the moment but I'm aware that I need to sort them all out soon!

GV its cold here - very cold - and I'd not want to be out in that - can you believe it will be February tomorrow?? Hope max is well

Uni - I'm pottering and catch up on life/ been plodding through work when sick so I'm now at least not funcitoning on autopilot......

KC hey up - she got straight 1's (which is the same as A's) for all of her subjects. :) proud mummy. She works really hard though. Must find my own laptop - I've got other things I can only do on that one!

Now, time for socks, my feet are very cold!

    :)

    Soup anyone?
