Well in that case, I cannot see how they can keep bringing claims, I assume it is for the same thing ? I would then as mentioned earlier look to get them on the !!!! list of vexatious claimants
  • I reckon I need a lawyer to do this.

Should be able to do it yourself, alternatively if going the lawyer route claim costs from them
  • not much confidence in my ability in this area : (
I probably will mess it up.
Other claim for something else - dismissed as well.

You do know that once a claim has been decided in court, it can't be heard again?

If they are making the same allegations each time, then you should provide the court with the decisions in the previous case(s) and ask that the claim be struck out as an abuse of process.

With regards to the costs of the cases, though - you should ask the judge to award costs at the conclusion of the case. As far as I am aware, you cannot claim costs after the vent in a separate claim because the decision on costs must be made by the judge who hears the original case (I could be wrong but at least take legal advice before making such a claim).
I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.
  • No for different things. this one for unproved damage, the first one for alleged non payment.
Thanks ok will find a way to take legal advice

  • Back here again, claim progressing fingers crossed judge will see thru inconsistencies of his barmy claim.
