You've made six posts in this thread and you still haven't told us what they were claiming for.
Is this just a wind up?
As they use lawyers & have all the time in the world to be vindictive, I'm bit reluctant to go into detail until after the case, in case they see posts and get wind what I'm contemplating.Flying Donkeys- Do no harm to others and you will benefit in more ways than one.0 -

The £100 refers to the court costs (hearing fee & filing fee). Including a lawyer you bet another nought will be much closer to the mark.

Letters, solicitors don't turn up in courts. They turn up and rant and rave a lot in some fantasy world. False accusations about owing money. Judge gave them time to let loose, listened to the evidence and threw it out, refusing permission to appeal. Meanwhile they were having a fit and judge said they would call for officers to remove them.
Might just write to the papers with the whole damn story put the names in and get some justice that way for the time wasting they have caused.Flying Donkeys- Do no harm to others and you will benefit in more ways than one.0 -
