How true Lady-gaga, I work for the CSA and every Friday at work I read the "Have Your Say" on the DWP homepage. There are often letters on there from bemused civil servants who get sick of handing out crisis loans to the same people week after week who keep on losing their wallets. They really want the system to change so they can help more of the genuinely-in-need applicants.

Yip, Mondays and Fridays are the favourite days, Friday for money to go out all weekend and Monday when they've spent it all on the hit and miss. :eek:

Not everyone I might add, but it was VERY common until they started to limit it to 3 crisis loans in a year
