  • Well I beg to differ. I, in fact, rang them today regarding a pair of leather gloves I bought in December which have split down the seam of one finger. The customer service were more than helpful. I stated that as I knew they couldn't replace the gloves I had resourced a repair shop who would fix them for £5 and BA have not only refunded the repair but the whole price of the gloves and delivery charge. I offered to email pics of the split and repair receipt but they waived this and on the whole were absolutely delightful.
  • I've just received the part of my order that wasn't cancelled. I must say I was shocked and very disappointed to have got a gorgeous Juicy jacket with absolutely no tags whatsoever attached and not even in a bag of its own. I bought this to put away for my daughter for her birthday & Xmas -but I'm sure she will think its been purchased 2nd hand from ebay or a charity shop. In fact it could have been a return from a previous customer who has worn it for all I know. I daren't risk sending it back in case they accuse me of having taken the tags off and losing its bag and of having worn it. I'm really upset about this, as even though it was a great price it was far more than I would normally pay for a jacket in these tough times. I thought if it didn't fit her, I'd at least be able to get a decent amount back for it on ebay to be able to buy her something else. I think I'll stick to the shops I know in future. Anyway I think I may just be one of the unlucky few, so well done to those who have received all they ordered.
