Cazo you're lucky! I've ordered from them loads but never get anything even a day before the latest delivery estimate.
Living cheap in central London :rotfl:
  • Mine arrived today too. Thanks again op.
  • Yes I've ordered from them several times (about 4, maybe 5) and have never been let down. Yes their delivery times are slow but they do advertise this and it is one price per order whereas with 'secret sales' you have to pay more if you buy from multiple sales. Occasionally they have sales with quicker delivery times and also free delivery which is def worth it.

I think they're great but as per anything you do need to be a savvy buyer as sometimes you can still find things cheaper elsewhere.

Worth pointing out I registered one email address with them and then recommended myself with a different email address and thus got £10 for me and £10 for my new recommended friend AKA me! Fabulous!!!!!
  • I received my Juicy Couture bag today and guess what...been sent the wrong design. This has now happened twice where they have sent the wrong thing.I find them very hit and miss. Also I don't think they package things well,it's normally just put in a plastic mailing bag with no extra packaging.Have emailed them but they normally take ages to reply, and it took nearly a month to get a refund from them when I returned the item THEY sent wrong and that was only because I kept contacting them.Really don't think I will use them again.
  • I also ordered a juicy couture bag and it has arrived today, It is my first order with brandalley and I dont know whether I have just been very lucky or what because I am thrilled! Yes it was quite a long time to wait but £50 for a genuine juicy couture bag posted is FAB, Mine was packaged quite well with two plastic bags and then juicy couture tissue paper. I will order from them again but only on such good bargains like this that are worth waiting for! :T

Well never again. I ordered in December and was quite prepared to wait for delivery and then yesterday part of my order was cancelled. How on earth can it take so long to find out that an item is out of stock - ridiculous. They've also only given me a part refund of the item because I had the new customer £10 discount so they've apportioned it. You'd think they'd be too embarassed by their poor service to even think about doing that let alone to actually do it. I'm really disgusted especially in view of the fact that I could have ordered the same products from Vente prive.
  • I don't understand why people complain about Brand Alley's delivery times, it's clearly stated. I order from them regularly and have had over a dozen deliveries within the time-frame stated. I've never had an order cancelled nor a part order, perhaps I've just been lucky but I do object to people slagging off when the problem is they just haven't read the small print.
  • Same here it quite clearly states estimated delivery time when ordering I have never had a problem.
  • My complaint is not the delivery time which I was quite happy about - it is the fact that it has taken them since December to inform me that I won't be getting one of the products I bought. Especially when I have now missed an opportunity to buy it from somewhere else that had a sale on.

Plenty of people who have complained about brand alley HAVE read and understood the delivery times. There will always be a few who havent but last year loads of people were let down by brand alley. Many people were led to believe (by the company itself) items ordered in november would arrive in time for xmas. I was among one of those let down.

It's not just the delivery times people complained about. I for one was appalled by their customer service. The staff lie constantly about your order, cancel items without telling you until you ring, and basically keep your money as long as possible before finally refunding you. I was still waiting for items in Jan which were items ordered in november and specifically told by customer services when I rang would arrive in dec in time for xmas.

I wouldnt recommend Brand Alley to anyone, and yes I was aware of the delivery times. They frequently sell items that they cant even get in stock. Appalling service and appalling website imo.
