I buy from them too, found them Autumn time last year from a post on here.

True, it's a slooooow site to order from but, as stated above, the delivery time scales are clearly shown.

It's great for bargains that you don't need quickly.
  • I have ordered from them many times and never had a problem, yes you wait about 4 weeks but other than that everything has been fine.

Brandalley clearance has tonnes of Baylis & Harding Gift Sets with loads off.
Gift Sets from £2.50 http://www.brandalley.co.uk/FSRayon/Id-11713-Produit-121460-Rayon-627115 and £10 off when you spend £60 (don't have a link to voucher sorry).
Much better than the Boots sale for nice gifts!
Also loads of clothes and home.

If you don't have an account yet remember to check the Referrers board and PM someone who does ;) and both will get £10 voucher after the first purchase.

I only posted the warning about delivery times (at the beginning of this thread) as I didn't want people to be disappointed with things not arriving for Christmas! I've never had a problem with things not arriving and have always been pleased with my orders.

Has anyone ever received anything from Brand Alley? I placed an order in mid-November and was given a latest delivery date of 23 December. After much chasing, I've just heard today that they've been let down by their suppliers and the order been cancelled. They've issued a refund but kept hold of my cash for the best part of two months. Some service. I wonder if anyone has ever actually taken delivery of anything from these people?

I have ordered a few times and the delivery time is slow, but to date have never been let down.
  • After reading how bad their delivery is I ordered some bargains ready for next xmas. I have been informed that I should receive my items in February (this year hopefully!!!)

I've ordered some gift sets after Xmas and have been told that delivery will be after 19th of January. I have been pleasantly surprised to receive my parcel last Monday, so well in advance. I it wouldn't be for the high postage, I will order more!

I have ordered from them several times and probably receive about 75% of what I order. On the plus side they are very quick at refunding if you have had enough of waiting and want to cancel but if you are relying on something coming (by a certain date or at all) then go elsewhere. (for example; I found some pillow cases on Brand Alley a few weeks ago, the cheapest way to get the bed set I wanted would have been to buy the quilt cover on sale from another website and the pillow cases from Brand Alley, however, knowing that the wait to find out if the pillow cases would ever arrive would be too long to return the quilt cover if they were unavailable). Also they don't read the messages you send them (just look at the topic you selected), so if you want to say something that doesn't fit within one of the topics listed then you need to ring them, I know this from many attempts to communicate with them - very frustrating.
