Biting is excellent. It's like kissing, only there's a winner.0 -
Just a warning - their delivery times are sometimes a little optimistic! Loads of people had problems last year in receiving things in time for Christmas.0

Thanks OP
Be careful - I had problems with Brand Alley last year my items arrived after Christmas even though i ordered them a month before.
Check their facebook page many unhappy customers0 -

While brand alley have some good deals, I wouldnt order from them again. Despite ordering in november I had endless problems. Parts of my order I cancelled as they said they were awaiting stock and this was delaying the rest of my order being sent. Even though I cancelled those items not in stock I still didnt receive most of my xmas presents until Jan. Very dissapointed, very stressful. Worst place I have ever shopped. They fob you off constantly with excuses as to why your order hasnt been sent.
If your not wanting things for xmas then you may want to consider them, but I wouldnt even for non presents as their customer service is diabolical.0 -
Thanks. To be fair, the items do say it'll take 14-28 business days to deliver. There is no hope it'll arrive before Christmas, will have to wait until end of Jan to get it.0

Another person with Brand Alley problems. Out of the 7 items I've ordered this year from them I've only ever had 1 delivered! The general excuse they give is they've been let down by suppliers. If you see something on there you might like but don't mind not getting AND are willing to wait a few months for it to arrive, order. If there's something you really want, find it elsewhere as it might be the only way you'll ever get it!!!0

Im going to stick up for Brand Alley here, always received my items, yes they do take a while to arrive but they had a notice on the website end of november with a countdown for last guaranteed day to buy from them to receive in time for xmas.
I have got some great bargains on there as well! But like everything, shop around!Slimming World Member - Started 05/02/150 -
I ordered from Brand Alley before and it did take awhile before I got it but I was notified that it would take up to 28 days to be delivered after the sale end date and not as soon as I placed the order. Didn't mind the wait because it wasn't an immediate need for what I ordered, but it did arrive around the 28 day mark. So if its something you're hoping for sooner than later its better getting it elsewhere.
They sent me an email saying that you can receive part of your order known as split delivery where you can get some of your products sooner. Products with the icon (AVAILABLE NOW) include them in your shopping bag and add an extra £2 P&P at checkout and they'll dispatch them within 2- 4 working days and the rest of the order from other sales would be delivered in the usually 7 - 28 working days. You are 48% tight
