Any mate could kindly send me the Nav-U file for the 1.06 version as I have corrupted mine and could not upgrade back to 1.06 (The sony website has the old 1.05 file and the CD contains the 1.0 version). Email: ikhadaroo@gmail.com

Hi everyone! you'll have to bare with me as i'm new to all this!!! I purchaced a nv-u50 from sainsburys in oct 06, since then it has crashed after every time i used it! my firmwsre was 1.06 when i got the unit but can only get 1.05 from sony now???? the supplied map was written in 1993 and now i am expected to pay £42 for a update???? i have tried to contact sony via there site but get no response? if anyone can help with firmware updates or map updates i'd be extremely gratefull and would make a donation of the money saved to a chosen charity!
