  • i know  the worst one is mum phoneing him from downstairs to tell him teas ready because she cant be doing shouting... love my house
I use Skype from downstairs to my son upstairs to tell him tea is ready - because he wears headphones and I get fed up with shouting and running upstairs and waving my arms about to get his attention! Hee Hee the wonders of modern technology - often thought a 'dumb waiter' would be better - you know - they used to have them in the olden days - a kind of service lift the butlers used to use for sending food up from the kitchen?!
Debt free by 22 January 2009 - thanks to an unexpected inheritance - take heart - it DOES HAPPEN!
  • :hello: Morning...... I just had a little thought.... can I cheat and count the days I didn't go to work as NVDs.....? :D

What a shame you can't 'try one' for free, when you fill the vendors, just to make sure that they are working ok?

That's good PaP - I meant to mention that the challenging team on tonight's 'Egghead' quiz were from the 'Greeting Card Publishers Association'. Apparently they have over 400 members, of which 90% are small and one-person companies. They organise Trade Shows and give all sorts of support.
    Might be worth investigating: http://www.greetingcardassociation.org.uk
