Only 4 days  i dont think its right though but who am i to judge? last month (after the tax etc etc) i took home £902.64 ~ what a differeance!
So you earn over £96 a week then - you're entitled to SSP after three waiting days. They owe you!No longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -
Hiya PaP... how come they stopped ur sick pay then? Surely ur entitled?'We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars' - Oscar Wilde0

Gem ~ ssp you dont get payed in my place untill i think its 2 weeks or docs note.
sarah ~ because if you have over a certain percentage in 4 months off they wont pay you. I had 4 days ages ago because i was depressed ~ i then had another day due to sickness/diaoreaha and then these last 4 so its too high so they wont pay simple as. It also means if i have anything off sick till the new year (ie aprile i think) i wont get payed. Yet if i go into work and i am a 'health and safety risk' they will send me home with no pay. Basically the long and short of it is the big m wants to work you to the bone for pittance then when you go sick due to the working conditions you are put in they wont pay you... and they wonder why there staff has a high turnover :rotfl:0 -

well i would leave but the ironic thing is when i went to work for them i was on jsa. They offered me a interest free loan. They offer all new staff this. So anyways when i leave the last month wage would be missing £200 :rotfl:0 -

That's against the law PAP, they might not pay you their own sick pay but SSP you are entitled to after three days and you can self certify for the first week.
You can have 28 weeks of SSP in a year! Sounds like you're talking about their own system. No longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -
Good point Gem!!! I completely forgot about SSP - everyone is entitled to that after 3 days!'We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars' - Oscar Wilde0
