You could say something like - 'If you like my cards - tell your friends. If you don't like them - tell me.'I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.

Do you do Wedding invite/RSVP /thank-you cards? If you do could you show or send a sample or 2 to some Wedding shops too? Or even have a look at wedding fairs to see what is out there and perhaps get some contacts who may be interested in your cards? I don't know much about wedding fairs but do they have handmade card/invite sections with people showing the types of things they can do?
You should maybe make up a portfolio type thing with examples of the variety of things you can do that you could take with you to show shops/people and maybe a couple of cards and/or handmade business cards to leave with them?Good luck! Your cards are fab but you just need to get them out there so people know you're there and just how good they are!

Hey PaP - another fan saying not to give up
You've had some great suggestions here - if I ever set up my own business I'll be telling all on the board for ideas lol!!
Just have to find a photo and my LO is all done - so proud!(although it's a *little* simple as don't have many embellishments now).

Taka I have never thought of that. I must say though i am not very lovey dovey so i dont think i would be overly good at it though. Hence why I side stepped valintines day (exceopt one commision). However i ahev just made a wedding card and i must say i do like it... so maybe
Rof can i nick that quote hun... i was thinking i could make mini envelopes and write that on the front and then pop a few busines cards inside. I have yet to work out how much a set of busniess cards will cost with me making them. However i have seen people selling them. But i am 100% sure i can make them cheaper.Hey PaP - another fan saying not to give up

I thought that but once I got ISOMs, the examples she'd included really helped to prompt me. I'm excited about getting the next one!CCCS DMP:Feb 07

Of course you can 'nick' the quote, PaP - I did. :rotfl: :rotfl:
With regard to the business cards - I make my own. I buy 'AVERY' business card sheets, from Viking - the software is either included with the blank cards, or you can download it for free.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser.
