That might be one of the problems pap, even thou you're drinking it in the morning it is filling your body with sugar. Cut out the lucozade, cut out caffene (ie coke, tea, coffee). No tv or pc before bed, it will just stimulate the mind too much.
Try a little meditation, or just deep breathing excercises...lie in bed, feet slightly apart, arms by your side palms up. Breathe normally & don't try to force it. On the in breath imagine fresh clean air going in your nose, down your throat & filling your lungs, when you breathe out imagine the air is going out from your belly, taking with it all the thoughts & worries.
As you keep breathing imagine your body getting clearer & clearer of these thoughts & stresses.
Also, you've prob been told this, and I don't mean it in a nasty way, but when I was having trouble sleeping (still do now & then) the doc told me that excercise helps.
I don't like to use tablets cos when you stop them (or they become ineffective  ) the reason for not sleeping is still there, it doesn't solve the problem in the long run.

btw all i am removing my overdraft payday (once i have payed this £60 in) i am not getting a car. For 4 years i havent been able to save what i wanted/spend as i wanted... actually to be truthfull all my full time working life i havent had my whole wage to myself as it was all used for drving tuition... i dont want it now to be sucked up through car maintanace... not when i get pittance anyways... so i wont be getting a car and iff i save £300~£400 per month i can hit my savings target in less than 6 months :j :j :j0 -
