Good luck for getting the car, if you dont another one to look at is an old fiat punto. I had one for 3 and a half years and never had any problems with it!
And as said above alloy wheels arent always a modification, you need to ask if these were standard fit or an add on at a later date.
If you go for third party, fire and theft insurance it means if you have an accident which is your fault then the insurance company pay to repair the "third parties" car but you will not get anything for your car.
If the accident is the other parties fault you get your car repaired.

Just to let you know Pap that Toyotas are incredibly reliable. I have the Toyota Yaris and Its seven years old and never been in the garage apart from the odd service and wear and tear things like tyres and brakes. The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0

I, on the other hand, had (in my pre DFW days) a BMW X5 which cost over £40,000. In the three years that I had it, before it was repo'd, it spent so much time in the garage for 'warranty' work that I was glad to see the back of it. :rotfl: :rotfl:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

i am back :j heres the weekend in detail (ish)
saturday ~ got up about 6am! as i needed to get two busses to the central train station in bristol (temple meads). Got the first one 8.37am and the second 9.24am. Got on the train at 10.30am and arrived at my destination b'ham at about 12 ish. All the way up me and sarah (sarahneedle) was texting away like crazy. Then my phone went dead untill i pulled into the station. Sarah then text me saying i am stood next to a police man  now tehre was a football match on and there were hundreds of police man. However i turned around and there she was. So we then made it for the pub, we asked for directions twice which wasnt bad but we made it :j
we found gingerste really easilly but that was all that was there for a while. We were waiting for lenny as he parked his car at ia's (sarahs) house and trained it in. Then newmumone (i think) appeared, she was milling and she wistbered (are you from martians website) it was like a sercret code :rotfl: She stayed a bit but then had to go as her mum had her little one. Then the famous lenny appered. He is so nice you wanna squezze him and take him home :rotfl: We had a good old natter about films/tv/mse/dfw life/subs/trains etc etc :rotfl: then me and sarah decided we should find our hotel.
So off we went and the website was missleading as it said 'a stones throw from new street staion' when actually it was a good long hike :rotfl: I left sarah too it and duely she got us there :j thanks sarah. But as we turned the corner and got closer our hotel was only next to the other shakespere we were going to meet at :rotfl:
We then got into the hotel ~ not much to say about the girl who served us :rotfl: the rooms a bog standard twin room the usuall however the electric kept knocking out and the beds were like water beds ~ but hey its somewhere to sleep. We then went back to find lenny before gingerste had to head off and change etc.
Found lenny (still drinking the cheap one bottle of wine we left him with) and then decided to get some tea ~ it was 4ish by then and me and sarah was starving as we had had nothing to eat all day ~ except some of sarahs cookiesWe headed to chinatown and as me and sarah are no good at making choices lenny took us to a lovely chinise restsrant but was quite expensive. We ended up shaing spring rolls for starter and duck for main it was scrummy. I tryed to pay my mr lenny and sarah was having none of it  but i would soon get them back.
We were then running late to get the train to ia's house. So we ended up running across two duel carraigeways  we survived. So got the train to ias ~ quite quick actually. More nattering etc on the train. At ia's stop we got off and ste (ia's oh) met us and we popped to the local co-op for some bottles to take to ia. So we got 2 bottles of lambrini, 2 bottles of coke and 24 cans of beer ~ that was the money they gave me for the meal :j
Got to ia's and oh how cute is ashi awww, she was stood at the door waving to us say hello friends ~ awww. At the same time bunnyinthelights arrived and oh my she is so loud ~ but in a nice way. Of course we came in and gave her the bottles etc and she was overwelmed, last count i think she had 9 bottle of lambrini inc orginal/cherry/peach. Not to forget lenny brought loads down.
after a know you session and ashi feeding you all diped chips etc and photo opps
They decided to play rude pictionary. Now no offence made to them and i even said that there but that would have been the time i would have left the thread/not followed it closely. But obviously you cant do that in rl. We had boys vs girls but there was me as an extra. Bless sarah though she put no pressure on my what so ever to draw so that was quite nice. Then before we had to go bunny got on the singstar ~ now that was a barrel of laughs ~ she is soo competetive :rotfl: ste and her did a duet and it was ohhh so funny to watch.
Then me and sarah had to leave before we missed the train back. Which was a shame and of we hadent had book the hotel so far in advance we would of (if she let us) stayed there. Anywyas me and sarah got back around 11.30pm only the buildings that were normal buildings in the day were actually night clubs. But we made it through unscathed :rotfl: Got in sorted ourselfs out and started watching carry on camping ~ then sarah fell asleep followed by me not long after
Sunday ~ i woke up mega early but i didnt get up as not to wake sarah. In the end i had to go to the loo and sarah woke up not long after. We checked out and went in search of some breakfast (10am ish) we ended up in weatherspoons and had a lovely sandwich thing (although sarah paid ) we then headed in the search of a shop sarah had seen the previous night. On the way however we stopped in works so i could get some paper to work out my spends on the train home :rotfl: The shop sarah wanted was closed but we went in tk maxx which was huge huge. Although saying that there were 100's of shops around. We then stopped for coffee (i paid :j ) untill finaly we ended up in an internet cafewe then headed for the train station and had another drink (sarah paid  sarah next meet i owe you a drink) but we then had to rush as sarah train had changed platforms and then arrived  a quick see you soon and we parted company.
Got on the train home and we set off. I got near parkway station and decided to get off there and mum collected me for there. At that point i had blistered feet as because of the rain my trousers were soaked, i took my shoes off at ia's and then my soacks got wet, put them back in my shoes and my shoes got wet and never dryed  i hope they go down soon though.
So thats what happened i have a fab time and cant wait for the next meet :j with regards to budgets etc i had budgetted £150 and i spent ~
£2.99 ~ disney store (pen and new phone charm that i broke of mine outside ia's co-op)
£0.49 ~ works (pad to work out my spends)
£3.00 ~ taxi from ia's to the station
£30.00 ~ chinese
£3.65 ~ costa coffee
£6.58 ~ co-op at home for nibbles that i brought home with me
£5.00 ~ co-op in town for top up
£16.47 ~ co-op at ia's house
£6.60 ~ return train to ia's
total = £78.78 - £20.00 from lenny and sarah for the meal= total spent over the weekend
£58.78 :j over £90 underbudgett :j :j :j
just taking all my change and £1/£2 out of my purse for various challanges and leaving a £10 note behind for my weekly spends
phew ~ got there will update about the car etc in a bit have to let mum use the pc to do her tax return ~ or should that be me doing it for herwish me luck :rotfl:
