i got it i got my digi cam :j i was a bit wary first of all and i was thinking ummm that could pay of my 0% debt and then i thought maybe i should buy a cheap one <£50 and keep the rest but then i thought no i have wanted this for so long so i have it
I did buy the warenty though, it was £20 it means my camera is covered for three years and they will give me a replacement or fix it for free up to the value of the camera. I know many are wary of these shemes however i got it on all three of my other cameras (all kodak) my aps and my old digi so i thought its worth it. However this ment i had to spend less etc... so i didnt buy a case for it. I dont see this as a problem though as i will buy one on my next pay day ready for its first venture out of the house at the meet.
So i have £160 in my purse and i brought/spent
£118.99 ~ new digi cam and insurance for three years
£2.49 ~ 500 sheets of printer paper
£0.49 ~ new pencil case
£5.00 ~ mobile top up
£6.86 ~ breakfast for me and mum, tea and coffee
£0.60 ~ rabbit treat
total = £134.43
then budgetted~
£24.00 ~ bus card
then gift voucher ~
£0.99 ~ reduced pink bucket
£1.98 ~ 2* cream wool
£1.99 ~ fibers
£1.95 ~ knitting needles
£1.98 ~ 2* navy wool
£0.99 ~ royal wool
£10 gift voucher used 12p change in my pots
total spent today = £134.43
I also lent my mum £5 for electric which she will give me back sunday when we visit the asian store and i put £20.00 in my bank that brings the total spent to £159.43 i have £1 left in my purse and coppers for my pots
I dont think i did too bad to be honest and i still have £20 worth of hobby craft vouchers left, i wasnt going to buy stuff for the sake of spending (something i would have done a few years ago) so they are still in my purse. Also the wool and needles will be used to make xmas presents (3) for next year so its all good.
I do need to sort out my budgets but i cant do anything untill the 1st direct debits go out but i susspect i have around £60 to book the hotel etc for the meet. I am really proud of myslef for walking past lots of sale stuff too.
Woo hoo just chilling the remainder of the day and sort my webby out and list some things on ebay ohhh and play with my new toy. Cant wait :rotfl:0 -
