thanks cafc girl i shall phone them asap
stupid bank holiday
beenie, i have had my fair share and to be honest they have all (7) been in it for the money except one... the one before this one was a gem... he would pick me up and start my hour after we had got to the teaching area (even though i had driven there) he would never raise his voice and he always made a joke of everything ~ i felt so relaxed with him... dont worry i shall find another one... 3 more to go before i get to double figures :rotfl:
i have to make it a joke or i will cry :rotfl:0 -
Hi Pap
Sorry you have been let down again by another driving instructor:mad:  which will do nothing at all with helping with your confidence in driving.
I was a bit like you when I first started driving at 18. i was very nervous and used to feel physically ill before lessons.I eventually put in for my test and it was cut short part way round the test as it went foggy:mad: , it was november and the last test of the day, the examiner left me in the car in a strange area in the dark and fog and I had to wait for my instructor to come and get me:eek: Anyway i decided after that experience that I didn't really like driving anyway:o and didn't bother until I was 40. I decided then to have more lessons, what a differenceI was no longer the nervous person with no confidence and actually enjoyed the driving and passed my test first time:D
I had also spent a fortune first time round on lessons but funnily enough what I had learnt before just fell into place so it wasn't wasted money, I was just not ready for it at the time.
i guess what I am trying to say is that if you decide to put your lessons on hold for a while it is not always a bad thing, it doesn't mean that you have failed in some way just that it may not be right for you at the moment.

yes i could give him a snog or two right now
well am just working it out... i may have a little struggle but it should be ok... here are my accounts ~
bills ~ £212.97
spends ~ £11.16
bills left to come out ~ £85.50
bus cards (prob only need one) ~ £24.00
leaves £103.47 (not including driving)
ss money £205.00 (in account at present should rise to £230 by thursday)
£11.00 spends
total = £319.47
now i need £20 weekly spends and approx £60.00 for driving this leaves
£239.47 :j
but i havent got a duvet cover yet or squared paper  so i may just say £200.00 off my bedwhich is much better than the 340 i was going to pay
I am (not very dfw of me though) tempted to put it all into savings and still pay over the 0% termas we are planning on booking my sep holiday with my best friend in nov and part of her birthday gift is her deposit payed by me  or is that just being greedy?

mum walked in and i was on the casino site (my com screen faces my dorr ish) and she has always thought i may have a gambling prob as i signup for bingo etc etc through cashback sites... so i had to explain that it was a safe, no gamble transaction and basically she doesnt mind... i said it has payed for my bed and technically its not my money so dont ask for it :rotfl:we shall see but the answer will be a big fat NO!
