Earlier this year Russia only got round to classifying beer as alcoholic. Anything containing less than 10% alcohol in Russia had been considered a foodstuff. :eek::eek:

The only reason they did that was because the tax on food was lower than that of alcohol.

Feel for everyone who's struggling at the moment, sometimes life is pants.I can remember a time when I wouldnt say things can only get better as they just seemed to get worse for a few years. So sending loads of hugs and "cyber" love to who ever wants to catch it;)
