Blimey I disappear for an hour and miss Happy chappy coming out the closet!!! PMSL
Perhaps a name change to gaychappy is in order here?0 -
Blimey - it took me 3 hours to catch up from yesterday morning!!
Thank you to those who gave thoughts and kind words yesterday. Mother-in-law has 'very severe liver failure' and 'quite severe kidney failure' . Her kidneys look good so if they can get them working again they should recover. Her liver however has had it. She has cirrhosis of the liver, caused in part due to her diabetes but I think mainly to her diet - she didnt realise you could damage your liver as badly eating fatty foods as you could by drinking too much alcohol! She has been obese for years. She is only 61 bless her but they said she wont be a candidate for a transplant so we just have to hope they can get a small part of her liver working and try and maintain (or in the Dr's word 'manage) it.
Anyway enough of the dampner stuff! I hope you are all doing well! Any chance of some of you posting piccys of Christmas trees or decs etc? Im having trouble finding my Christmas spirit lol!!
Hope you have a great day! xx
I found it for you0 -

A little bit of advice required please Elite 11+
I read a few posts about cellophane but I've searched and can't find them again! Anyway someone mentioned that they are selling cellophane at Lidl at the moment. I popped into my local yesterday and couldn't find any, SA said they didn't have any, didn't know anything about it. I've now searched for the telephone number of a couple further afield and can't find onegrrrrrrrrrrr!!!
So my question is....anyone that got the cellophane, what did it look like? Is it on a roll? And has anyone seen it in more than one store? I really don't want a fruitless round trip!! Or if anyone else has tips of anywhere else I could try that would be fab. I thought about asking a florist but do they actually sell it? Thank you very much!'There are people who have money and people who are rich' :heart2: Coco Chanel0 -

By the way, closing this club on Christmas eve will result in you all being made redundant for Christmas.
P45's being completed now.:rotfl::rotfl:

but we really wanna hear from you with your own posts as well. :j
Such a nice user name as well. :money:[/QUOT
Thanks for this Raven, I read all posts and thank the helpful ones and the ones that make me smile. I'm quite shy and only really post if I manage to find an item that someone has kindly posted about, think the only find I've ever had was the lilt/fanta one a couple of months ago.
I'm able to keep up with the posts as I rarely go out (agoraphobic for 8 years) Tesco has been my 'therapy' to help me get out a bit and is the only place I really go to, my CPN has noticed a difference in me since DTD.
Bet you wish you didn't say you wanted to hear any of my own posts now.
Anyway OH just phoned to say he'd been into a small T he rarely goes to and tried the OEP wraps but not even the 3for2 came off so he's just gone back in to (hopefully) get DTD for them.
:money::money:
Which T's would that be?;)0 -
