Well their's only 3 of us but I have a bit of ocd when it comes to ironing:o and iron everything, but I am really behind because I have tennis elbow and it's been really bad lately,steroid injections worn off again, so have fallen behind as supposed to be resting it!!!! But now using some supersonic painkillers so am like a women possessed :rotfl::rotfl:Have'nt started on ironing the duvet covers;) Should be finished by tonight and will be a happy bunny:T

So please show me how you can prove you delivered those items Mr Driver?

If the recipient cries Non receipt, the carrier and sender need to prove they delivered. And they can't.

If you think I have an odd idea, please bear in mind my field of expertise is parcel carriers, and whilst 99.9% of customers are fine, if you've just sent an Ipad out and cannot provide POD, you have no leg to stand on.

If the driver is provided with a device which they have been given for the sole purpose of obtaining a POD, then if they do not obtain a POD, they've failed in their job.

It's not unbeknown for a driver to go to the address, find nobody in, and sign for it themselves. :eek: They've got a signature, the driver gets interviewed and claims they delivered it and the customer is pulling a fast one. They keep their job and steal the item.

You get as many rogue drivers as you do customers. Human nature...

Actually talking about deliveries, I had a delivery of books, about £100 worth for DS for Xmas from Amazon on friday. DS found them, they had been left in front of my car on the drive!!!! The delivery card even said in front of car! They could have been easily pinched but what annoyed me more was that my DS found them and now knows that he's got them as part of his xmas pressie. He obviously didnt open them and I've bluffed that it's a pressie for his dad but he doesnt believe me so I was pretty peed off:(
